Terms of Service

LeadOS is a multi-tenant SaaS CRM that helps businesses manage leads, run outreach, and communicate with customers over channels including the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, email, and SMS.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the data you upload and the messages you send.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
• You must obtain the necessary consent from recipients before messaging them.
• You must not send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the Service.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Your use of WhatsApp messaging through LeadOS is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or suspensions imposed by Meta on your WhatsApp Business Account.

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and any refunds are governed by the plan you select at checkout.

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by DLanzer. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable policies.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLanzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
