Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadOS, operated by DLanzer, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our CRM platform at leados.dlanzer.com and related services (the “Service”). It also explains how we handle data obtained through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Facebook Login for Business, and through Google APIs (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets) when you connect a Google account.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by DLanzer, located at 59, Devarajan Street, Manali, Chennai – 600 068, Tamil Nadu, India. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to DLanzer, and “you” refers to the business or individual using the Service.
For any privacy questions, contact us at support@dlanzer.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and password when you register a LeadOS workspace.
- Lead and CRM data — contact details and notes about your leads and customers that you import into or capture within LeadOS.
- Messaging data — the content and metadata of WhatsApp, email, and SMS messages you send and receive through the Service on your own behalf.
- WhatsApp Business / Meta data — when you connect your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s Embedded Signup, we receive your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number, business profile details, message templates, and an access token that lets us send and receive messages on your behalf.
- Google Workspace data — if you connect a Google account, we access your Google email address; Gmail message content, headers, and labels needed to send outreach emails and display your inbox within LeadOS; Google Calendar events you create or view through LeadOS; and Google Sheets data you choose to import from or export to.
- Usage and technical data — log data, device/browser information, and cookies used to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the LeadOS CRM and its messaging features.
- To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf — for example welcome messages, replies to customer enquiries, appointment reminders, and approved message templates — and to display those conversations in your inbox.
- To sync your Meta-approved WhatsApp message templates.
- To send and read email on your behalf through the Gmail account you connect, and to display that email in your LeadOS inbox, strictly to operate the messaging features you configure in your own workspace.
- To create, read, and manage calendar events through the Google Calendar account you connect, for scheduling and appointment features you use in your own workspace.
- To import leads from, or export leads and reports to, the Google Sheets you connect.
- To authenticate you and secure your workspace.
- To provide support, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
We use WhatsApp Business data and Google Workspace data (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) solely to operate the features you configure in your own account. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models, and we do not transfer it to any other party except as described in this policy.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Meta Platforms — to send and receive messages, we transmit message content and phone numbers to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API in accordance with Meta’s terms.
- Google — to send/read email, manage calendar events, and read/write spreadsheet data on your behalf, we transmit the relevant data to the Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets APIs in accordance with Google’s terms.
- Service providers — hosting, database, and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal — where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
LeadOS’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained through Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets scopes is used only to provide or improve the user-facing outreach, inbox, scheduling, and lead import/export features you enable in your own workspace. We do not use this data to serve advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read it except: (a) with your affirmative consent, for a specific support or troubleshooting request; (b) where necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse or a security incident; (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
You can review and revoke LeadOS’s access to your Google account at any time from your workspace’s Settings → Integrations page, or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access does not delete data already imported into LeadOS; you can request deletion of that data as described in “Your rights” below.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secured servers and protected using industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and strict multi-tenant isolation so that each workspace can access only its own data. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to operate your account.
7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your rights” below), and we will delete or anonymise it within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account or your Google account from LeadOS at any time from your workspace settings. To exercise these rights, contact support@dlanzer.com.
9. Grievance / Data Protection contact (India)
In accordance with applicable Indian law, you may raise privacy complaints with our Grievance Officer, DLanzer, at support@dlanzer.com or +91 7305323141. We will acknowledge and address complaints within the timelines required by law.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
